A 35 minute core mindfulness practice that will allow you to get in touch with your body sensations, mind, thoughts, emotions and the world around you. Wear warm, loose comfortable clothing and find a sitting posture on a floor cushion or in a chair that best suits your body. Your posture should be relaxed and present, keeping the spine upright and the belly soft as far as is possible for you.

A short mediation that you can do anytime or anywhere. This meditation is sometime referred to as AGEING - AWARENESS - GATHERING - EXPANDING!
