With a shoe box, or similar cardboard box, magazines, scissors and glue… make yourself a treasure chest. Let the outside of the box represent how you hold yourself out to be in the world and the inside represent what might be known only to you - what is most precious to you, what supports you in being who you say you are…

Alternatively - make a decoupage/collage cover for your journal or a notebook that can become a journal.
